1. Yevgeny Kafelnikov – winner of French Open in 1996 and Australian Open in 1999, won the men's singles gold at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, winner of 23 ATP Titles, winner of the Davis Cup trophy in 2002
2. Marat Safin – winner of US Open in 2000 and Australian Open in 2005, winner of 13 ATP Titles, winner of the Davis Cup trophy in 2002 and 2006
3. Andrey Cherkasov - winner of the Kremlin Cup tournament in 1990 and 1991.
In 1992 Andrei Cherkasov won the men's singles Bronze Medal for Russia at the Barcelona Olympic Games.

Competition format
The competition will run over two days:
February 27 – two singles matches, opening ceremony on court before first match
February 28 – two singles and one double matches (double match plays followed by first singles match)
Each match will consist of two sets with third set as tiebreak until 10 points; in case of deuce next point is decided point; no let serve. Each Team has a possibility for unlimited number of player substitutions during each singles and doubles matches only after first sets.
The draw ceremony will be held on February 26.
